Important Terms of Sale
We strive to provide the best products at the best value for our customers. All claims for damage must be made immediately and notated on the receiving delivery documents with UPS, FedEx, USPS or Freight Lines. Return Merchandise Authorization Number, RMA#, must be requested immediately for return goods and they must be received within 30 days. Goods shipped directly from Manufacturers must be returned directly to the manufacturer, if authorization is given. We charge a 20% restocking charge on returned merchandise and do not issue refunds for merchandise returned without prior authorization or returned after 30 days from the sale date. Customer is responsible for return freight costs and the original shipping cost.
