Sustainability

We specialize in Custom Packaging Solutions and Ranpak/Geami GreenWrap - Green Friendly Sustainable Paper Packaging, which replaces petroleum based products such as bubble, foam, foam in place and packing peanuts that most often end up in a landfill, or worse yet, the Ocean. As business owners and business leaders, it is our responsibility to lead by example. If we do not do everything we can to save our planet and resources for future generations, we are leaving our children with our mess.

Recycling

At Express, we recycle everything that can be recycled. We don't just have a cardboard recycling dumpster, we recycle all office paper, aluminum cans, glass, plastic, steel strapping, oil and antifreeze from our forklifts and trucks. These items are not picked up by any commercial trash companies that we are aware of, so we send our truck to a local recycling center. Do we have to? Absolutely not, but it is the right thing to do, so we do. Please do what you can too.

Important Terms of Sale

We strive to provide the best products at the best value for our customers. All claims for damage must be made immediately and notated on the receiving delivery documents with UPS, FedEx, USPS or Freight Lines. Return Merchandise Authorization Number, RMA#, must be requested immediately for return goods and they must be received within 30 days. Goods shipped directly from Manufacturers must be returned directly to the manufacturer, if authorization is given. We charge a 20% restocking charge on returned merchandise and do not issue refunds for merchandise returned without prior authorization or returned after 30 days from the sale date. Customer is responsible for return freight costs and the original shipping cost.

Due to the Pandemic, we are not able to accept any items for return, due to the possibility of contamination. Many products we sell are used in the Food, Cosmetic and Health industry, therefore, all packaging supply returns are not allowed. All Sales Final.
